Choose & sign upA normal week
For a normal person with a job
2–3 PT sessions
45–60 minutes, booked in advance so they happen. Early mornings and evenings are the busy slots.
One class, if you fancy
Sweat for conditioning, Stretch for mobility, or the Gun & Bun Club, which is what it sounds like.
A nutrition check-in
A few minutes, not a lecture. A reasonable ask, then the next one.
Normal life
Steps, the dog, the Friday drink. Counted, encouraged, not obsessed over.
I was simply looking for a gym that was close to home that would enable me to lift some weights a few days a week before going to work. I had no great ambition.
I’ve stayed because it became clear pretty quickly that I could achieve an awful lot with a little accountability and great coaching.
